Lanza is a San Diego local who grew up immersed in soccer and music. She earned her undergraduate degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. Lanza is passionate about working with athletes, given her background in collegiate sports. Lanza is also passionate about individuals with neurological conditions such as MS, ALS, Parkinson’s, and stroke-related impairments.

In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and making music. Lanza is committed to helping every patient reach their fullest potential and live the most active, independent life possible
