Our Personal Trainers are a step above

Mobile Health & Fitness scientifically designs exercise programs specifically for each individual's needs. Our Certified Personal Trainers are the most educated and experienced in the field. Whether it is weight loss or muscle strengthening, each workout is unique with specific goals in mind.

Our sessions are typically one hour in duration. Frequency ranges from 1-3 times per week, depending on client goals. We don’t need a great deal of equipment or space to give you an effective workout.

Our trainers:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Exercise Science
  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists, N.S.C.A.
  • Over 10 years of experience
